Snowbird storage in Panama City Beach

Fly down, and find your car and your beach gear waiting instead of hauling it a thousand miles twice a year.

The maths of leaving a car here

Driving down and back costs you two long days, fuel, a night in a motel and the wear. Flying costs a fraction of that — if there is a car at the other end. An outdoor vehicle space for the months you are away is usually cheaper than the round trip you are avoiding, and considerably cheaper than a second car sitting on insurance in two states.

Leaving a car for six months without regretting it

Fill the tank and add fuel stabilizer, put the battery on a tender or disconnect it, over-inflate the tires a few psi against flat spots, and leave the parking brake OFF — six months on is how a brake seizes. Wash and wax before it sits outside; salt air does not take a season off. Then tell your insurer it is stored, because some will reduce the premium for it.

First month free

New tenants get the first month free on any unit or outdoor space — including the big RV spaces. Month to month, so you are never locked into a year to get the deal.

Questions people actually ask

Can I pay for the whole season up front?

Ask the office. Month to month is the default, but plenty of seasonal tenants prefer to settle it in one go before they fly.

Can you start the car occasionally?

No — we don’t drive tenants’ vehicles. A battery tender does most of what an occasional start would, without anyone else holding your keys.

What if I come back earlier than planned?

Month to month means that’s your call, not ours.
