First month free
New tenants get their first month free — on units and on outdoor RV, boat and vehicle spaces alike, including the oversize ones.
What the offer is
- One month’s rent, free, for new tenants.
- Any size. A 5×5 or a 12×45 RV space — the offer doesn’t exclude the big ones, which is where most “first month free” deals quietly stop.
- Month to month. You are not signing a year to get it.
What it isn't
We would rather tell you now than at the counter. The free month covers rent. It doesn’t cover a lock if you need one, tenant insurance, or any admin fee — those are one-off and small, and the office will tell you the exact figures before you sign anything.
How to claim it
Mention it when you enquire — that’s the whole process. Tell us what you’re storing (and the length, if it’s a rig), we’ll tell you what’s open and what it costs after the free month, and you can decide from there.

Questions people actually ask
- Does it apply to RV and boat spaces?
Yes — including the 12×45 oversize spaces. That’s deliberate.
- Do I have to commit to a minimum stay?
No. It’s month to month. If you need one month, take one month.
- Can I combine it with a military discount?
Ask the office. Tell us you’re serving or a veteran and we’ll tell you the best we can do rather than making you work it out.
- Is it available to existing tenants adding a second unit?
Ask — the published offer is for new tenants, but talk to the office before you assume the answer is no.
