What we are

East Avenue Storage is a self storage and outdoor vehicle-parking facility in Panama City Beach, Florida. We rent interior and drive-up units from 5×5 to 10×30, and open-air spaces up to 12×45 for motorhomes, fifth wheels, boats on trailers and vehicles.

Under new ownership and management, with the site being cleaned up, re-lit and brought back to the standard it should have been at.

How we try to be different

  • The outdoor spaces are real spaces. Aisles wide enough to reverse a fifth wheel without a spotter, and lengths that take a 40-foot-plus rig — not a car park with a gate on it.
  • Month to month, genuinely. Snowbirds, military families and rental owners need short commitments, so that is what we sell.
  • Early gate access. 6:00am, because people towing out leave at dawn.
  • Plain pricing conversations. Call and you get today’s rate on what is actually open, plus the first month free.
