RV storage and parking in Panama City Beach

Lit, drained, gated open-air spaces with aisles wide enough to swing a fifth wheel — and a gate that opens at 6:00am so you can be gone before the traffic.

Spaces, by what fits

Measure your rig bumper to bumper, including the hitch and anything on the back, then add a few feet. People underestimate by the length of a bike rack more often than by anything else.

What We Set Up For Towing In and Out

Storing a 38-footer is not the same problem as storing a sofa, and a site that treats it that way is miserable to use. What matters:

  • Aisle width and turning radius — you should be able to back in without spotters.
  • Early gate access — 6:00am, because you leave at dawn to beat the bridge and the heat.
  • A surface that drains — nobody wants to hitch up standing in a puddle after a summer storm.
  • Lighting through the rows — most people come back after dark and leave before light.

First Month Free

New tenants get the first month free on any unit or outdoor space — including the big RV spaces. Month to month, so you are never locked into a year to get the deal.

Before You Park It Up For a While

A rig that sits still deteriorates faster than one that gets used. Short version: cover the tires, keep the battery on a tender, leave the fridge propped open, close every vent, and put something over the exhaust. The full RV storage checklist is here — it will save you a spring of repairs.

Questions people actually ask

What is the longest RV you can take?

Our 12×45 spaces handle 40-foot-plus rigs with manoeuvring room. Tell us the bumper-to-bumper length including the hitch and we’ll confirm before you drive over.

Can I get in early to tow out?

Yes — the gate opens at 6:00am every day. That’s the point of it.

Is the parking covered?

Spaces are uncovered open-air. If you want the roof, a 10×30 or larger enclosed unit is the alternative — ask us what’s open.

Do I need insurance on a stored RV?

Yes. Most RV policies already cover a vehicle in storage, and some offer a reduced storage rate for months it isn’t on the road — worth a call to your insurer.

Can I work on it here?

Light maintenance and loading, yes. Major repairs, oil changes and anything that puts fluids on the ground, no — that’s a job for a shop.

Can I live in it while it's stored?

No. It’s a storage facility, not a campground, and there are no hookups.
