Picking a size without over-paying
Two rules that save people money. First, stack up, not out — a 10×10 with an eight-foot ceiling holds far more than most people load into it, and a good stack often means dropping a size. Second, leave an aisle if you will need to get at things: the cheapest unit is worthless if you have to empty it to reach the box at the back.
Our size guide goes room by room.
How the first month free works
New tenants, any unit or space, month-to-month. You pay nothing for the first month’s rent; the usual one-off items still apply — a lock if you need one, tenant insurance, and any admin fee. Nothing is pro-rated against the free month, and you are not locked into a term to get it.

Questions people actually ask
- Why don't you list prices online?
Because in a beach market they move with availability, and a stale number online helps nobody. Call or send an enquiry and you’ll get today’s rate on what’s actually open.
- Is there a deposit?
Ask the office — it depends on the unit. There is no long-term contract either way.
- What if I need a bigger unit later?
Move up when something suitable opens. Month-to-month means changing size is easy rather than a renegotiation.
- Do you pro-rate if I leave mid-month?
Ask the office for the current policy before you give notice, so there are no surprises.
