Access hours and security

When you can get in, and what is protecting your things while you are not there.

Hours

  • Gate access — 6:00am – 10:00pm daily. Your own keypad code, seven days.
  • Office — Mon–Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm. New rentals, questions, locks.

The 6:00am gate opening is deliberate: people towing a boat or an RV out want to be gone before the heat and the bridge traffic.

What security doesn't replace

Worth saying plainly: no facility can guarantee against theft, storm or fire, and any operator who tells you otherwise is selling something. That is why tenant insurance is required — and why a disc lock is worth the few extra dollars over a padlock, which can be cut in seconds.

Check your homeowners or renters policy first; many already extend to stored property.

Questions people actually ask

Can I get 24-hour access?

Gate hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm daily. If you have a genuine operational need outside that, talk to the office.

Do you hold a key to my unit?

No. Your lock, your key.

What kind of lock should I use?

A disc lock. They resist bolt cutters far better than a standard padlock and cost a few dollars more. Available in the office.

Is the facility manned overnight?

No. The gate is locked, the cameras run, and the lighting stays on.
